Cancellation Policy

Once work has commenced, no cancellations or refunds will be applicable.

- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method
- Refund timelines are subject to the payment gateway’s processing rules
- White Cloud Enterprise does not control bank or gateway processing delays
